Comfortable Stay with Lovely Staff

Our family enjoyed a restful night in a spacious suite. The staff's kindness stood out—especially when they drove us into town without charge. Although breakfast was simple, it sufficed. Future guests should note the room's particular smell due to bathroom products, but overall, a good experience!

We had a great stay with our large family, especially enjoying the spacious suite that comfortably housed all 7 kids. The outdoor pool was a hit for them, and we loved the variety at breakfast, featuring local dishes that satisfied both the adults and kids.

My wife says that more kid-friendly activities would make this a perfect family spot.

There was also a noticeable foul smell in the room, likely due to the carpets and curtains being outdated. I found those issues quite disappointing, especially during the hot days. Overall, while the hotel has some nice amenities and a good breakfast, improvements in room condition and environmental quality are definitely needed.

Spacious rooms but needs better service

I booked a suite for a night with my family and the room was nice and clean, but the stale smell from the old carpets was a bummer. The location was cool, close to Nizwa Souq. The breakfast spread was good too. Just wish the staff was more organized. we struggled to get simple things like tea.
